These terms govern your use of SPEED, a daily speed-trivia game (the "Service"), operated by The Speed Team ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a pass, you are contracting with The Speed Team. By continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

SPEED offers one free daily run per 24 hours. Optional purchases include the Retry Pass (one extra run) and the Unlimited Pass (a monthly subscription for unlimited runs). You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have a guardian's permission, and must keep your account credentials confidential and information accurate.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or spam activity.
• No infringement of intellectual property rights.
• No malware, probing, scraping, automated play, or interfering with security or scoring.
• No reverse engineering, resale, or circumventing limits.

Intellectual property

The Speed Team retains all rights in the Service, including its software, questions, images, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal entertainment.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The Unlimited Pass renews monthly until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Service level and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance, and trivia content may occasionally contain mistakes. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, exclude indirect or consequential damages, and cap our total liability at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms, and may remove fraudulent scores from the leaderboard.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Questions can be sent to The Speed Team through the app's contact channels.
